It's pretty cool how they use high speed cameras to catch what these skaters are doing at such rapid speeds. What are some other used of the technology?

Some other uses are to shorten the learning curve. Instead of using a trial-error, the coach can learn key points.

Very true. That would cut a lot of time out of the practicing and instead be able to work on perfecting.
